By accessing or using the Wow Serve platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wow Serve provides an AI-powered field service management platform for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors, including scheduling, dispatching, CRM, invoicing, marketing, and analytics tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Wow Serve is offered as a subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
Pricing is subject to our 5-year price lock guarantee from your start date
Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your customer data, job records, or business information. You may export your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wow Serve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before taking effect.
