Reviews are how new customers vet you. WowServe asks happy customers for a review at the right moment, and pulls reviews from Google and other platforms you connect into a single inbox so you can respond from one place.
Where it lives
In Marketing & Growth, click the Reviews tab in the top right (next to Campaigns).
How review requests are timed
WowServe sends review requests automatically when an AI Autopilot journey reaches the right touchpoint, typically a day or two after the job is marked complete and the customer's payment has cleared. WowServe's AI sends a "feeler" for some job when AI identifier a potential issue. That timing matters: ask too soon and the customer hasn't seen the work hold up; ask too late and the moment is gone. And most importantly, if AI suspects an unfavorable review it postpones until it can loop in the operator.
The customer experience
Customers get a short SMS or email asking how the visit went, with a 1–5 rating. A 4 or 5 leads to a one-click prompt to leave a public review on Google. A 1, 2, or 3 routes the feedback to you privately so you can fix the issue before it goes public — turning a near-miss into a save.
Reading and responding
The Reviews tab shows every review with the customer, the job, the rating, and the channel (Google, internal, etc.). You can reply to public reviews directly from WowServe; the reply posts back to the original platform.
Connect more sources
Out of the box you'll see your internal reviews and your Google reviews (once you've connected your Google Business Profile in Settings → Integrations). You can connect additional sources like Yelp and Angi as those integrations roll out.
