Every WowServe website includes a built-in booking form. It's not a generic "contact us" box — it's an intelligent form that pre-qualifies the lead before it reaches your team, so the work is half done by the time you see it. WowServe's AI pull property details in the background, assesses the customer issue. You can modify you AI Autopilot but the default behavior is to qualify leads by predicted value and prioritize those jobs when booking and assessing capacity.

What the form captures

The default booking block asks for the basics — name, phone, email, address, what kind of work, and when they need it. As the customer fills it in, the AI in the background:

  • Looks up the address to confirm it's in your service area.
  • Suggests a job type based on what they describe.
  • Estimates urgency (emergency, this week, can wait).
  • Performs a real-time lead qualification and scores the lead.
  • Offers available appointment windows pulled from your real dispatch board for high value lead, and moves low quality leads to the Inbox for review.

Where leads land

When the form is submitted, the lead lands in your Work → Inbox with all that context attached — and shows up in the Live Activity feed on the Dashboard with an intent score (see Smart lead scoring).

Customizing the form

Open Website Designer (Marketing & Growth → Open Website Designer) and edit the booking block. You can:

  • Add or remove fields (e.g., ask for HVAC system age, ask about pets on-site).
  • Set required vs optional fields.
  • Add custom questions specific to your trade.
  • Hide or show appointment booking — some businesses prefer to call back to confirm a time.

Tracking conversion

The Marketing & Growth dashboard shows your Total Leads, Conversion Rate, and Marketing ROI, all pulled from form submissions tied to a final outcome (booked job, won proposal, paid invoice).
