WowServe email campaigns run on top of the same customer database your dispatch board uses. That means you can target a list like "HVAC customers in Aurora who haven't booked maintenance this year" without exporting anything or syncing to another tool.
Create a campaign
In Marketing & Growth, click the + New Campaign button (top right). You'll be asked to choose:
- Goal — fill a slow week, sell maintenance memberships, reactivate dormant customers, follow up on lost proposals.
- Audience — built from filters on your customer data (tier, last service date, service categories, geography). The AI will suggest an audience based on your goal.
- Channel — Email, SMS, or both.
- Schedule — send now, send at a specific time, or let the AI pick a high-engagement window.
What "AI-Managed" means
Most campaigns in WowServe are tagged AI-Managed. That means the assistant drafts the message, picks the send time, suggests A/B variants, and adapts as results come in. You review and approve before anything goes out — nothing is sent without your sign-off.
Track performance
Each campaign shows live opens, clicks, replies, and conversions (booked jobs and won proposals attributed back to the campaign). The Marketing ROI number on the Marketing & Growth dashboard rolls all your campaigns into a single dollar figure.
Pause, edit, end
From any campaign's detail view (or the Quick Actions in the left rail — Pause / Resume Campaign, View Campaign Details, Delete Campaign), you can stop a campaign mid-flight if you change your mind.
