Welcome to WowServe. After you sign up, the next 10 minutes set the foundation for everything else — your profile, your company, and the trades you serve. Spend a few minutes with the onboarding AI and it will speed you through the setup so the platform will work the way you expect.
Finish your profile
Open Settings & Admin from the module navigator (the grid icon next to Quick Search at the top of the screen) and click the My Profile tab. You'll see fields for:
- Profile Photo — JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF, up to 5MB. This is the avatar your team and customers will see.
- Full Name and Phone Number.
- Email — this is managed by your authentication provider, so you can't edit it here. Change it through the same place you log in.
- Address — your personal address (separate from your company address).
A green Saved indicator appears in the corner once changes have been written.
Fill in your company
Switch to the Company tab. This is the information that ends up on proposals, invoices, and your website, so it's worth getting right:
- Company Logo — recommended as SVG; PNG works too. Max 2MB. This appears on every proposal you send.
- Company Name, Email, Phone, Website, Address. We pull them in automatically for you, but good to confirm.
- Company Description — a short paragraph used on your website and proposals.
Set your role
In the top bar, next to your avatar, is a role selector showing Owner by default. WowServe uses role-based access to control what each team member can see and do. If you're the account creator you're an Owner; you can change permissions for other people later in Settings & Admin → Roles & Access.
What's next
Once your profile and company are set, the natural next steps are adding your team (see Adding technicians) and pulling in your existing customers (see Importing existing customers).
