The AI Assistant is the panel on the left side of every page in WowServe. It's always there because it's faster than clicking through menus — you describe what you want and it does it or takes you there.
What you can ask
A few things to try:
- Navigate: "open today's schedule," "show me Sammy Bouso," "go to billing."
- Look things up: "what's my outstanding balance?" "how many jobs did Habibi close last week?" "did Derek Miller's proposal get accepted?"
- Take action: "create a proposal for Cleanup Smoke Customer," "schedule a maintenance visit for next Tuesday," "send a reminder on all overdue invoices."
It understands natural phrasing — you don't need to memorize commands.
How it shows context
Underneath the input you'll see badges showing how many actions are in your queue and what context the assistant is currently working with (e.g., "Settings & Admin" or "Work"). Click Clear to reset the conversation if you want a fresh start.
Voice input
The microphone icon next to the input lets you talk instead of type — useful when you're mobile or hands-busy.
Expanding the panel
The Expand arrow in the top-right of the panel widens it to take more of the screen, which is handy when the assistant is showing a long answer or a list of suggestions.
Privacy
The assistant operates inside your account's data — it cannot see other customers' information, and it does not send your data to third parties beyond what's needed to generate a response. The AI Context Debug Panel (bottom right corner of the screen) shows you exactly what data the assistant can see at any moment.
