Not every inbound lead is worth the same effort. WowServe scores every new visitor, call, and form submission on intent — so your team's attention goes where it pays off first.
Where you see scores
On the Dashboard, the Live Activity strip across the top shows live calls, current website visitors, and an "AI-handled" percentage. Below it, the Site Visitors card flags each active visitor with a tag — High intent, Returning, Idle — based on what pages they're on, how long they've been there, and their click path. Visitors actively chatting with the AI assistant are marked as such.
In the Sales module, leads waiting for action surface in Visits Ready for Proposal. Each card shows the lead's name, job type, location, and a one-click + Create Proposal action.
What goes into the score
The model looks at signals like:
- Page intent — pricing and booking pages score higher than blog content.
- Recency — someone who visited in the last hour outscores someone from last week.
- Property — data including square footage, age, home value, neighborhood characteristics.
- Geography/Seaonality — current season, climate and weather conditions.
- Customer Disclosure — sentiment, information equipment status.
- Engagement depth — multiple pages, time on page, repeat visits.
- Channel quality — referral source, geography, ad-vs-organic.
- Past behavior — returning customers and customers with a positive service history score highest.
Make it work harder
Two things help the scorer most: (1) accurate Service Categories in Settings, so visitor intent maps cleanly to your offerings, and (2) keeping the AI Autopilot Lead / Request Intake journey enabled — that's how the system converts an intent score into a booked job.
