WowServe is sold in four tiers — Starter, Growth, Professional, and Enterprise. The right one depends on how many people are on your team, how many locations you run from, how many trades you serve, and how heavily you lean on the AI features.
The plans
In Settings & Admin → Billing you'll see all four side by side. The Monthly / Annual toggle at the top saves you about 17% if you commit annually.
- Starter — $229/month. 3 users, 1 location, 1 trade, 50 AI actions per month. For solo operators and small teams getting started.
- Growth — $449/month (Most Popular). 10 users, 3 locations, 2 trades, 200 AI actions per month. For growing teams ready to scale operations.
- Professional — $799/month. 50 users, 10 locations, unlimited trades, 1,000 AI actions per month. For established companies needing full capabilities.
- Enterprise — custom pricing. Unlimited users, unlimited locations, unlimited everything. For large organizations with custom requirements.
Free trial
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial of the plan you select. No charge until the trial ends. If you don't pick a plan, you'll see a "No Active Subscription" prompt when you open the Billing tab.
Changing plans
Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be prorated for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you outgrow Starter or Growth (more users, more locations, more AI usage), you'll see a prompt at the top of Billing suggesting an upgrade.
Annual vs monthly
Annual pricing saves ~17% but locks you in for a year. Monthly costs more per month but you can cancel any time. Most growing businesses start monthly and switch to annual after the first quarter.
