Billing history

Find your past invoices, download receipts, and update your payment method.

All your WowServe subscription history — past invoices, receipts, card on file — lives on the Billing tab in Settings & Admin.

Open Billing

Click Settings & Admin in the module navigator, then click the Billing tab. If you're on an active subscription, you'll see your current plan, next renewal date, and the Invoice History table below.

What you can do here

  • Download a receipt — every past invoice has a download icon. PDFs are formatted for accounting.
  • Update your payment method — replace an expired card or swap to a different one.
  • View next charge — see the date and amount of your next renewal.
  • Switch plans — upgrade, downgrade, or change between monthly and annual.

If you don't see an active subscription

On a fresh trial that hasn't been converted yet, the Billing tab shows a "No Active Subscription" prompt instead of an Invoice History. Pick a plan from the cards below to start your subscription — see Subscription plans.

Refunds

If you need a refund (downgraded mid-cycle, double-billing, anything else off), reach out to support from the Help link in the bottom of the left rail. We’ll handle it from there — no form to fill out.

A note about taxes

Sales tax is shown as a separate line on each invoice (where applicable). The total on your card is plan price + tax.
